At TravelByMitra Luxury Travel, my mission is to turn your travel dreams into lifetime memories. I truly enjoy listening to your vision for dream vacations and learning about your preferred travel style.

This step is where I get to know you so that I can best assist you through our collaborative planning process.

I will set up a phone call to better learn about any special needs or requests, your budget range and any other considerations. Your dream trip takes collaboration, which makes this step necessary to getting started.

At this time, TravelByMitra Luxury Travel will charge a transparent nominal fee to begin the planning process:

  • €250 for hotel research & hotel booking
  • €500 for full trip planning, up to 10 days & up to 4 people (please inquire for bigger groups and longer tours, there is a discreet sliding scale)

*Other fees will apply should you choose TravelByMitra Luxury Travel to book your airfare with cash or with airline miles.

Design

This step is when TravelByMitra Luxury Travel gets to work! I take your wish list and create a meaningful itinerary for your getaway by using the many travel contacts I have in my global network. I will recommend hotels, tours and activities, and together, as your travel designer, I will determine the best combination that will turn your vision into your reality. I also understand that for many travelers, the planning and research is part of the fun; I can be as involved as you’d like in order to create a unique and memorable itinerary.

As your personal luxury travel designer, I am committed to giving you real, honest opinions on hotels, excursions and experiences that will be best for you. At TravelByMitra Luxury Travel, we do not receive “kick-backs” and you do not incur a higher hotel rate by working with us. What you will receive are honest suggestions on activities and accommodations that will ensure your trip is perfect for YOU.

Connect

Once the destination has been selected and the itinerary is close to being finalized, TravelByMitra Luxury Travel will secure your bookings and reservations. Your travel designer finalizes special requests, upgrades and amenities that may be offered depending on your destination.

You can expect to receive different Types of amenities, as shown below:

  • $100 resort or spa credit
  • Complimentary daily breakfast
  • Upgraded room, if available
  • Early check in/late check out, if available

While you are traveling, we ensure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes and is always available if you have any questions upon arrival; or if you want to send me your latest vacay selfie! When possible, we will put you in touch with a local contact who can assist you with any itinerary changes, questions, emergencies, etc.
